New development UV curing for industry
In addition to its high solid water and solvent-based coatings, Aalterpaint has now developed its own formulations based on UV curing.
The advantage of these UV curing coatings? They no longer emit VOC and cure completely in a few seconds under the influence of UV light. The energy savings due to the elimination of the gas-fired drying ovens are considerable, as are the associated CO2 emissions, which are completely eliminated.
We can apply these coatings on steel substrate in industrial production processes. That way these processes become more economical, faster and more environmentally friendly.
